As a workaholic, switching 'off' might be a difficult thing to do, since there's always something on your list that needs to get done. (even sleeping in makes me feel guilty most of the time) But when things don't feel quite right, we need to take a step back andactually say 'NO!' to certain obligations. Life is a rat race and when you're not taking care of yourself, you might get burned out very quickly. It's time to enjoy spring - attend fun festivities, go for long walks and have late night chats with your dearest friends. Unplugging from social media might also help you to do exactly that.
Let this be a reminder that it is in fact okay to take a break when you're feeling overwhelmed and it is perfectly fine to live life at a slower pace. You are only one person and in order to stay productive & creative, you should find some time to recharge your batteries by enjoying the good life.* So just relax and enjoy the ride, you're without a doubt worth it!
