Hi, I’m Femke!
I’m Femke Leemans - a visual storyteller, photographer and creative concept thinker.
I work somewhere between structure and intuition.
Between clarity and creative chaos.
I’ve never been interested in rigid paths or predefined roles (hello, ADHD brain!). I’m more curious about what happens when we allow things to unfold with intention.
My background in visual storytelling shaped the way I see the world: through atmosphere, rhythm and connection. Over time, that evolved into a broader way of working; supporting others creatively while staying deeply connected to my own maker side.
I don’t believe in having it all figured out.
I do believe in slowing down enough to notice what actually matters.
Femlee is where all of this comes together:
creative work, collaboration, exploration and community
without the pressure to constantly optimise or perform.
I believe in curiosity, creative chaos (the good kind) & building a LIFE that actually feels like yours.

FEMLEE
noun
/ˈfɛm.lee/Femlee comes from my name - Femke Leemans - and is often pronounced like family - which feels fitting.
It stands for connection, creative collaboration and doing things together without hierarchy or hustle culture. There’s a subtle feminist and slightly rebellious undercurrent: making space, trusting intuition and choosing softer, more conscious ways of working in a world that often pushes for more, faster, louder.
Femlee is about doing things differently: thoughtfully, creatively and on your own terms.

I work alongside creative entrepreneurs and organisations
to make work feel lighter and a lot less overwhelming.I take care of the things that quietly drain your time and energy, so you can focus on what you actually love doing.
Not to control. Not to overcomplicate. But to think along, create clarity and keep things moving.
Because good collaboration creates space.
Space for ideas. Space for growth. Space to enjoy the process again.
I believe in a way of working that’s intentional, playful and sustainable. Where progress doesn’t mean burnout. And success doesn’t mean losing yourself along the way.
Less noise. More focus.
Less pressure. More meaning. That philosophy runs through everything I do.

We don’t rush ideas.
We don’t shout to be seen.
We don’t mistake busy for meaningful. We believe in:
intention over output
collaboration over hierarchy
creativity as a way of thinking
If your work doesn’t fit into a box, that’s usually a good sign.
